Based in Dubai, serving the UAE and wider MENA, Gerrard Global brings the Gerrard name to pastures new: a region rich in cultures and brimming with vibrant, open business environments.
With a reputation forged in London and proven across the planet, Gerrard Global will continue to serve existing partners in the region, and look for new connections and new relationships, too.
When we first started operating in the region, we found big demand in a staple of the Gerrard offer: financial Roadshows and events.
Even before opening the doors to Gerrard Global today, we had proud and long-established relationships with local partners to help move people smoothly during those packed roadshow calendars.
We’ll extend our support now, so that our clients and passengers get to those roadshows, but also events and social occasions, airport runs and shopping trips, and of course with security and VIP journeys that require specialist attention.

We’ve always wanted a place to call home here, and Dubai is the logical spot.
And in upholding the Gerrard standard - that excellence in chauffeuring before a door is even opened – we wanted to roll up some sleeves, put hard work in, and put down roots so our partners and passengers in the region have us close.
With a focus on brilliant passenger experiences and genuine support for our customers, our Dubai team have got five key areas to zoom in on as we get things going:
Local talent, Gerrard standards
Over time, we’ll go deeper into local culture and grow what we know about working conditions to help develop a roster of local chauffeurs. We’ll educate on the core competencies of a Gerrard Chauffeur, using our hard-won insights into the craft earned over nearly 40 years behind the wheel.
Communication is key
Everyone who works with us will be an ace communicator.
We believe that the complexities of roadshow itineraries, of the needs of individual passengers and their unique circumstances, of working with specific security requirements are challenges in chauffeuring that need excellent written and spoken English, and appreciations of wider cultures and languages, too.

We love London, it’s a part of our fabric and soul.
But we’re international and when it comes to MENA, experienced in and understanding of the needs on the ground of everyday passengers and partners. So we will deliver a chauffeur service that is present at all the leading roadshow events in the region, at all the key calendar events of the seasons we cover. Meaning the people we move and the people we work with get a much more proactive partner.

By invoicing and accepting payment via local credit cards in AED through our local entity, we will deliver convenience, efficiencies and improved value to our clients.

By having a team on the ground, we can help when you’re in the air.
Travelling on to the UK or further afield, we’ll extend our Gerrard service to help move you in style and comfort as soon as you leave the plane.

Charles Cox, EMEA Business Development Executive
Charles served in the British Army and, following the end of his service, he joined Gerrard to work as a Security Chauffeur.
With two years in the role complete, we’re delighted that Charles will now relocate to Dubai to help ensure the smooth rollout of our Chauffeur programme and to ensure the Gerrard standard for exceptional service is upheld.

Millie Hassell, EMEA Business Strategic Executive
Millie has lived in Dubai the last 4 years. She’ll be a vital part of our new office as we focus on getting great value for all our clients and passengers. And as our very first appointment in the Middle East, we couldn’t be more delighted. Her knowledge of corporate travel, high-end hotels and lifestyle is extensive throughout the region.
Millie will head up our Middle East strategy working closely with both Danni Ewins and Charles Cox, our EMEA Business Development Executive.
Having such an experienced resource on the ground will catalyse the growth of Gerrard Global and help us lay strong foundations on which we intend to build for many years to come.
